Bespoke Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all bespoke jewellery commissions from Bellacaro. These terms and conditions are in addition to our full terms and conditions.

 

Once the project is discussed, scoped and confirmed, clients will receive an invoice for the full amount agreed. No design or making work will commence until a 50% deposit is paid, which is non refundable.

 

The remaining 50% must be paid on completion and before the bespoke jewellery piece will be released to the client. Bespoke pieces are non-refundable.

 

Should the client for any reason be unsatisfied with the finished result, Bellacaro will work within reason to rectify the issue. Please be aware that there may be additional costs in doing this, which are to be covered by the client.

 

Copyright is retained by Bellacaro on all creative design work including all sketches, concepts and samples unless specifically released in writing and after all costs have been settled.
